it had all the facilities for when you stay a couple days and there was hot water. it was also close from the train station

the room was a bit noisy and at night there was still light coming into the room from the hallway. there was a coffee corner downstairs but it was always closed and there were not a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Clean room, bed and toilet and overal great location. The area is calm and green (visit the nearby kampung!).Very friendly personel.

A lot of smokers inside (in the rooms and common room). The rooms have windows to the hallway, which give a lot of light at night.The rooms are noisy. Our neigbours were up until 4 am, and smoking inside the room (which made our room smell like cigarettes).

All was good, quiet street area, good water pressure, clean environment, world class hospitality, has a vending machine, nice front guest receptionist, clean housekeeping and helpful, near to town guys. Breakfast is packed and ready to eat. There's in house food and beverage that you can order from. Air-conditioner is good and the television channels are aplenty. Nice hotel size to eat and rest. Not smacked in the middle of the town, easy access and no noise pollution.

It was a classical building and renovated but nice calm cool area, little bit worn-out for some room facilities but enough and balanced out with the price of the room hotel rates, nothing much to complain, all was happy and relaxed.

Location is quite far from everything. It was not possible to buy a coke with cash or Credit card. And the clerks were not able to help.

The room was so bad. 1st There is a large spot of dirty with black colour at the plafond of the bed room. It was schocking us.2. The bedroom is without window without any information in the website. According the reseptionist, no room is with window.3. Beakfast was ordered from outside

linen is not clean. rooms have glass above doors into the lobby which shine bright into your room all night, very strange and annoying.

The location was okay and wifi fast. The linnen on the bed were clean and the shower was ok.

We reached out to the hotel during booking to arrange a pickup from the station but did not receive a response so we used a grab which worked perfect.Breakfast was not an option because the restaurant opened a little bit later, around 9am.The room was more outdated than anticipated and the bathroom was very small and moldy. You can hear a lot of noise from the hall in the evening with people talking/going to their room. The room does not get dark because of the windows and lighting in the hallway. There are no curtains. They also did not clean the room during our stay.Cleanliness was actually a little below our comfortzone. Lot’s of dust in the room, mold and stains on the walls/ceiling.Unfortunately we had to leave at 6 in the morning.During the checkout the receptionist asked if we had left something in the room, we thought we hadn’t, however around 2 hours later we realized we had left some jewelry (not expensive, just sentimental value) at the hotel on the desk and didn’t notice (because of the size) when we left the room.When we realized our mistake (and checked all our bags in the middle of the train extensively) we tried to contact the hotel via booking but got no response, we tried calling but since we didn’t have a “redDoorz”-bookingnumber the line got disconnected. We had no way to contact the hotel. Eventually our guide from the day before payed the hotel a visit the next day. The hotel checked the room but hadn’t found anything which is odd. We are 1000% certain we left them in the room, supplied images and rechecked our bags. We realize it is our mistake but are disappointed the staff/hotel is lying about not finding the jewelry.Unfortunately our travels prohibit us from going back and visit the hotel ourselves.Because of the way they handled this situations, were unresponsive and then lied (covered for each other) we won’t be staying at any RedDoorz again and advice other people we meet during our travels to do the same.

Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel with good WiFi in a nice street not far from everything.

The drain in the bathroom was sometimes smelly

the bathroom are narrow and hope they could provide shelf to put shampoo/shower gel bottle in the shower cabin.if possible, provide reed diffuser in every room.
